Who are we?

We are a small tourist company dedicated to the renting of apartments since more than 15 years and with more than 30 years of experience in this sector. We are always trying to do our best and to make possible that our guest have the most comfortable a pleasant stay with us, so when returning home they have the wish to come back.

Where are we?

You can find us at the north-eastern part of the island of FUERTEVENTURA, in EL COTILLO, a small fisher’s village surrounded by several beautiful beaches (ideal places for surfing and windsurfing). One of these beaches, the largest one (with clean, clear water and golden sand), can be seen from the terraces of some of our apartments at APARTAMENTOS JUAN BENITEZ and from where you may enjoy marvellous and romantic sunsets every day.

All our apartments at Apartamentos Juan Benítez have direct ocean view and offer at their clients’ disposal 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a convertible sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen offers everything the clients need, such as vitro ceramic cooking field, oven, toaster, electric coffee cooker, as well as sets of dishes and cutlery for 3 persons. In the apartments you may also find complete bathrooms and lovely large terraces. The apartments have a capacity for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (cots are also available). All the apartments also have safe and satellite TV available without extra charge for our guests. The apartment complex also offers a heated pool surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. From anywhere in the complex there are wonderful panoramic views north and south over coastline and sea.
We also have available apartments with 2 bedrooms (one of them with king-size bed), 2 bathrooms, kitchen with washing machine, oven, vitro ceramic cooking field, toaster and coffee machine, as well as living room, interior “patio” and large terrace. Capacity: 5 persons. Additionally at Apartamentos Juan Benítez there is a telephone operated with coins in order to make or receive calls.
